This plan contains details for reporting the progress of knowledge exchange. This includes reporting structure, formats, frequency, modes, templates, desired report content and stakeholders with whom the reports to be shared during the Knowledge Exchange. This artifact will usually be contained in the Knowledge Exchange Plan.
